Troy Mueller
Chef to Harp & Eagle Restaurant Group

Troy’s family roots trace back to a solid old world farming community. Troy started his personal culinary journey at a small produce farm in Wisconsin. Learning from greenhouse to harvest the flavors and variety of vegetables and fruits abundant to us in Wisconsin. These farming roots and food knowledge are noticeable throughout his menus and cooking style.  Often combining irregular flavors and textures that work in unique, subtle ways, utilizing seasonal ingredients at every opportunity. He believes that most food can be great, but it takes special care to make food memorable. Providing a memorable experience, is also the cornerstone for his restaurant group Harp & Eagle.

Troy is an avid cyclist, enjoys rejuvenating historic homes and lives in Milwaukee with his wife, Kathryn who also works as a professional chef with Harp & Eagle and is a ceramics artist.
