This Lemax Spooky Town set is perfect for Halloween enthusiasts and collectors alike. The 14 piece set includes a REST IN PIECES MAUSOLEUM and various themed
accessories to create a spooky village scene. It is in very nice condition and has been tested. Just about everything appears to be working as it should, including lights and motion features as described in the instruction sheet, which is included. The only exception is the body in the coffin accessory piece, which does not open and pop up out of the coffin (I think this is a common problem), but that piece does light up. Box shows some wear which is typical for its age. Mausoleum itself and all
accessories look great. Nothing appears to be broken or missing. Although item has been tested and is working as described, it is being sold as is. This is a fairly heavy item and will have to be shipped in a large box.
